Cox and Perkins Homes has been "Creating Dreams in Elegant Homes" since 1971. Our expertise encompasses the entire home building process from land aquisition and custom home design and construction to home finance and real estate brokerage services.

Bulding under the name of Steve Cox Homes from 1971 until the formation of the partnership in 1994, our work can be seen in many of South Tulsa's most prestigious neighborhoods including Graystone Estates, Signal Hill, Waterstone and Hunters Hills.
